You may already have your headphones plugged in, but you're watching a video/fucking away to the music, and you'll have to abruptly interrupt your stream and get distracted.
Put off listening to a voice message for later and forget, or don't forget and listen later, but keep the task "listen to a message from ..." in the working memory is difficult
3. As you can see, all options are inconvenient. Therefore, there is little hungary telegram motivation to listen to the voice, negative emotions arise.
1. Sudden voiceovers, without intro or context.

If communication with the recipient is rare and irregular, and he does not expect any information from you, then there is no point in sending voice messages. The person will not be motivated to spend his time and listen to you.
From the recipient's side, these questions will arise:
- why should I break away from my work and listen to something I don't understand?
- is this really important to me?
- why should I waste my time on something I don't know?
- if a person needs something from me, why doesn't he waste his time and write?
Voices to partners, colleagues, and in the client-performer format (read "partners") - care and saving of your time, but disrespectful attitude to the partner's time. By sending them, the sender a priori puts himself above/in charge, believing that he is a VIP, and therefore the recipient should boldly be distracted from everything and run to listen to the incoming voice. This approach is unacceptable in long-term partnerships, when both parties should benefit.
2. Short voice messages, which are actually easier to write or type from dictation.
"Guys, have you done this task yet?", "Guys, we updated the site based on your comments, check it out" and 100500 other options. It's actually better to write this, but the recipient will understand in a split second what you're talking about and can immediately give you an answer or solution without being distracted by listening.
In which cases should I send voice messages NOT OK?
