What is CRM using LINE Mini App's digital membership card?

CRM stands for "Customer Relationship Management."

In Japanese, it is called "customer relationship management." It is a management technique that aims to build good relationships with customers by treating them appropriately and increase sales.





As shown in the diagram below, when vnpay database purchasing a product, the purchase information is linked to the membership ID by scanning the LINE MINI App membership card.

Furthermore, when users log in, their membership ID is linked to their LINE ID within the LINE Mini App, and the LINE ID is linked to information on the Mini App (coupon usage history and attribute information obtained on the Mini App).

By using these connections to appropriately segment users by LINE ID, you can take a one-to-one approach through your official LINE account.





In this diagram, the part enclosed in a blue frame, "Customer's System", is basically to be prepared by each company wishing to develop a LINE Mini App.
