With the coronavirus crisis, popularly known as COVID -19 , there are many fake job offers circulating on different social networks. Despite the seriousness of the situation and the health alert in force in our country, some continue to take advantage of the desperation of many people who seek to survive with temporary work.
For this reason, at the Adecco Foundation we believe it is critical that now, more than ever, you carefully analyse the job offers you receive, mainly via WhatsApp, in order to detect those that are not genuine.
Meme Romero, a socio-laboral integration technician at the Adecco Foundation in Seville, highlights some guidelines for detecting false offers and thus, not becoming victims of fraud:
1-If you receive a job offer via WhatsApp, and before forwarding jordan phone number data it to your contacts, make sure it links to the official website. If you have any questions, call the customer service number of that company and/or organization.
2-Remember that companies pay a lot of attention to detail when recruiting talent to their organisation, so be wary of job offers with grammatical errors, spelling mistakes or unprofessional images . If there are other details that make you suspicious, such as job titles that are not usually used in the sector or strange expressions, such as 'packer' or 'young apprentice', be wary and call the company.
3-Do not trust offers that offer exorbitant salaries or those that are not within the usual ranges for the sector and positions.

4-If you do not find any information when searching the Internet for references about the person or company , it is most likely a fraud.
5- Of course, if they ask you for money or a prior deposit, be suspicious and report it publicly. If you can, contact the company and report it so that they can take legal action. You should also NEVER , under any circumstances, provide your ID or your BANK DETAILS .
