The ads were launched for three segments of the target audience. In Telegram Ads, you can’t target by age, so we cut off unnecessary audience segments by precisely selecting channels. We studied each channel from the list, where we then showed the ads.

We also took into account the portrait of the audience in the ads - we used the tone of our target audience in the advertising texts and took into account their pain points. This approach made it possible to compensate for the lack of settings in the account by gender and age.

Segment 1 — interested in real estate investments, want or think about where to invest money. For them, the ads focused on the market, profit, investments.

Segment 2 is a narrow audience interested in cryptocurrency. Dubai is a popular destination for this type of business because you can buy real estate here for cryptocurrency. The ad texts included the motive of preserving and increasing capital.

Segment 3 — those who are looking for information top benefits of using fusion database about moving, housing in Dubai, and the procedure for obtaining a residence permit. Here, they focused on the benefits — in the channel, users can find free information about obtaining a residence permit and how to transfer money to pay for the transaction.

The main task of the bot: to help users navigate the nuances of buying an apartment. Its value was also reflected in the ad.

Since we worked with three segments with specific interests, we offered three corresponding variants of user queries: for themselves, for investments, for obtaining information about residence permits. The fourth variant was additional and combined all of the above.
