You pay for the pants per month;
You can choose a new model/type after 12 months, so you always follow the latest fashion;
The jeans are sustainable (both in manufacturing and recycling);
Additional service: free repair service during the lease period.
Disadvantages:

You do not own the garment;

At this moment only the standard sizes (male/female) are available.
Resistance
But leasing is not for everyone. First of all, there is resistance to leasing. A comment from my own circle: "I'm not going to lease something that I can also just buy". Perhaps it comes from the perspective that leasing costs money and that you therefore have to pay extra. After all, the leasing company also wants to make money. At Mud, that is not so bad, see the calculation we made earlier.

From product to service
Maybe it is because we are not used to leasing clothes. But does leasing a pair of jeans detract from the use or enjoyment of it? The same goes for a mobile phone, like Hi does. Do we really have philippines phone data to own it to be able to use it? I don't think so.

In the coming years we will (hopefully) see more and more products offered as a service from a circular economy perspective. Why do I write hopefully? That means a significant change in the way companies think, but also in the way consumers think.

Lease a jeans is a bold move with an innovative business model. The consumer has to get used to the idea that ownership does not have to be the be-all and end-all. I lease a pair of jeans from Mud jeans myself and they fit perfectly, the payments are collected automatically and for the rest they are just great pants. And I don't even wear them because of the fit, but because of the innovative business model.itive effect of pop-ups for your conversion, but how do you experience pop-ups? Do you think it is harmful to use them a lot in the long term.
