Make sure you personalize the email.

When trying to reschedule a meeting, you want to make sure you are speaking directly to the person (or people) you are connecting with. You don’t want them to feel like their time is insignificant or that they don’t matter to you by remaining impersonal.

Simply mentioning their name(s) at the top of your email can help communicate to your contacts that you appreciate them, their contributions, and their time.
