Upon registration on Gosuslugi, each participant in the placement chain can view the data stored in ERIR. All information along the chain is available only to advertisers. Others can view only the part that directly relates to them. To access your personal account in ERIR, follow the link .

Advertisers do not have access to information about other advertisers.

Roskomnadzor, the Federal Tax Service, and the Federal ukraine whatsapp Antimonopoly Service can also obtain information from ERIR. Roskomnadzor has access to all data in ERIR. The Federal Tax Service has access to acts. The Federal Antimonopoly Service has access to impressions and creatives.

The law on a unified system for recording online advertising is intended to whitewash the market and make it more transparent and regulated. The authorities expect that when the law starts working in the normal mode:

clients will be able to see the path of the advertising budget, each intermediary and the agreements between them;
the tax service will be able to better control online advertising;
Regulatory authorities will be able to more effectively combat fraudsters and prevent the dissemination of illegal information.
Liability for failure to comply
Fines for unmarked online advertising have been in effect since September 1, 2023. The amount of the fine depends on who committed it (an individual, official or legal entity), as well as the type of violation.
