Being an entrepreneur means learning, trying new things all the time. 12 philippines mobile phone numbers database lessons I learned during my 10 years of entrepreneurship
Wow, this year it will be 10 years since Faites bouge vos ID has existed. There have been many developments, adjustments and great encounters. Of course, there have also been some mistakes and disappointments, but as they say, there are no bad things, just lessons that help you move forward and improve.
Even if I have experienced uncomfortable episodes, I might as well benefit others. So, I decided to share all of this with you.
Passion is not enough
It's important to enjoy working in your company, with your clients, but it's not necessary for this company to be your passion (even if you can have both, that's great), but I find that this idea that you have to combine your passions and your company is really blocking.
Conversely, the fact that you are passionate about your business is clearly not enough. It is important to put in place actions and strategies to create and develop a serene business.
Two heads are better than one
Getting support, having entrepreneurs to share and exchange with, is REALLY IMPORTANT. The day I decided to no longer be alone marked a real change. This can take different forms: surrounding yourself with a team, delegating, being part of a group of entrepreneurs, getting support, etc.
It is important that you have the opportunity to discuss your ideas, your desires, your fears, etc. All of this allows you to move forward and keep a good state of mind.
Standing out doesn't mean always being innovative
What could this injunction have blocked me "you must stand out". I have long interpreted this sentence as the obligation to be hyper original in everything I do in my company. Now, I do not know how many website creators there are on earth - many, no doubt - but it is impossible to be 100% original.
Since I understood that I could stand out in my business practice, my relationships with my clients, my presence, I felt relieved and I knew what to emphasize in my communication.
It's perfect if you're not motivated by the idea of making €100,000 in turnover.
