Filtering topics
Posted: Sun Feb 02, 2025 9:57 am
To filter the topics, getting rid of unnecessary ones and choosing the most attractive ones, you need to evaluate each of them according to the following criteria:
the degree of interest of readers in a given topic;
compliance of the topic with the blog/page format;
the degree of your awareness of the specifics of the topic.
You can filter topics by asking them questions like:
– Is the topic interesting to hungary email list readers? – If yes, it is taken into work. If not, it is put aside for the future.
– Is the topic suitable for your blog/page format? – If yes, the topic is developed. If not, it is deleted or postponed.
- Are you well versed in the topic? - If yes, take it into work. If not, it is better to save it for later, when you acquire the necessary competencies on this issue.
After some time, the postponed topics need to be reviewed and their capabilities assessed again. It is recommended to do such “weighing” regularly.

Design of a content plan
After selecting and structuring the topics, you can create a final content plan. Specialized services, such as Google Docs, which uses convenient formatting, will be of great help in this matter. In addition, a document designed in this way can be shared with colleagues without giving out logins and passwords.
Now the topics need to be distributed by weeks, months, quarters. The publication schedule can be made based on the resource needs and the content manager's capabilities.
If you plan to update content quite often, it makes sense to split the articles using one of the following options:
by categories;
by post types.
If the content on your resource is updated twice a week, it should be varied. Therefore, it is so important to maintain a division by topics, which will allow you to regularly fill each of the sections. This way, you will be able to maintain the constant interest of the entire audience.
