What uses of ChatGPT by B2B marketers?
Thanks to the study, we can now understand and analyze the behaviors of B2B marketing professionals when faced with this technology. Several key points were addressed:

Frequency of use : 59% of B2B marketers use Chat GPT daily and 14% plan to use it.

Type of use: Among professionals using Chat GPT, 84% use it for content writing and 63% for information on a subject. The main use of Chat GPT is therefore content writing and information.

B2B marketing professionals' perception of this AI : the level of trust is higher among users, a good number of people who do not use Chat GPT do not trust the platform. Among professionals who do not want to use ChatGPT, 52% justify this choice by a lack of trust in credibility.
