The difference between inside sales and inbound sales
The "inbound" in inbound sales means "coming in from the outside." When we talk about who is coming in from the outside, we are referring to potential customers. Inbound refers to
inquiries and contact from people who are interested in your company's korea whatsapp number data products and materials that you promote through websites, exhibitions, various advertisements, etc.

Inbound sales involves making sales calls in response to actions taken by leads (potential customers), so naturally the chances of closing a deal are higher than with other methods. Also, since the leads are already interested in the product in some way, the ease of sales activities is completely different.

By the way, the opposite of inbound sales is outbound sales. It is a method that starts with cold calling to people who are not sure whether they are interested in your products or not, or by making appointments by telemarketing.

It goes without saying that inbound and outbound are more efficient than inbound. For this reason, the trend in recent years has been to focus on inbound sales activities, and the next issue is how to efficiently acquire leads and how to make contact with them.
