Calendar
The design of the classic calendar has been changed: added display of those responsible for tasks , priority level (1...10) for each task and display of the presence of a connection with other tasks (">" - the task has a linked dependent task, "◊" - the task depends on the deadline of another task):
Quick filters for events have appeared in the calendar settings - vacation and sick leave or birthdays.
Tasks for people
At your request, we have completely changed taiwan mobile database the display of data in the "Tasks by People" section.
To change the display of the By People block , you need to go to its settings and turn on or off the display of the Vertical view.
Note. The display view does not directly affect tasks and data, but only displays them differently.
By default, the block is displayed as a Kanban board, and the vertical view switch is correspondingly off and highlighted in red.
This simplifies analysis and allows you to quickly and easily transfer tasks from one employee to another. Quick filters and the "Advanced Filter" as before allow you to display only the most necessary information on the screen.
When creating a task, we recommend selecting the person responsible as “Any employee” if at the time of creating the tasks the performer has not yet been determined or the team works according to Agile / Scrum and independently selects tasks to work on.
Please note that in the display settings you can show or hide employees who currently have no tasks.
