You held the position of Product Owner in two companies: OSD Group and later GeniusMarketing. How many employees were there in the companies and what are the specifics of the work of GeniusMarketing?

OSD Group employs about a hundred people. GeniusMarketing employs about 80. GeniusMarketing is an educational project that trains business owners and specialists in various fields in digital marketing and helps them develop in this direction.

Who is a Product Owner? What does the job involve?
It varies from company to company. At GeniusMarketing, a Product Owner is like a manager of a product line that is linked by one criterion. I was a Product Owner working with entrepreneurs.

Our products were for entrepreneurs. We taught: how lebanon mobile database to take a business to a new level, how to develop it with the help of Internet marketing.

My job was to create cool products that would sell.

There were projects that had already worked before, but there were also new ones that we created and didn’t know whether they would “take off” or not.

How did you find out about the Worksection task manager?
I have known Worksection for a long time. Before GeniusMarketing, I worked for a large marketing holding company, OSD Group. There I had a team of managers and more than ten projects that I managed simultaneously . Eleven departments. All are interconnected. Within a department, there are divisions. Within divisions, there are many employees.

In general, we needed a system that would help us manage projects comprehensively. This was 5-6 years ago. Don't lose anything. Don't forget. Keep track of deadlines. Store projects, the number of which was constantly growing.

At first, we implemented Worksection in our department. We “got it”. We scaled it up to other companies. I worked for a year and a half at OSD Group as a manager with Worksection. At GeniusMarketing, we also came to the decision that we needed to implement a project management system.
