I belong to Minna no Staff, the company's administrative department , and the Professional Matching Unit .
I returned to work this spring after my second maternity leave.
I am the mother of a four-year-old girl and a one-year-old boy.
Parallel work is about being a "mother."

I am often asked, "Isn't it hard to work while raising children?"
(A common question for working mothers) It gambling data turkey is hard, but I think with a little ingenuity it can become much easier.
Here, I'd like to introduce the "tricks" I came up with after experiencing many flat tires.
I would be happy if I can ease the mind of even a little mothers who returned this spring and are now tired after running hard, mothers who are worried about whether they can go on in the future, and mothers who have already reached a breakdown.
There are probably many mothers who are unable to balance work with childcare and housework, and feel anxious and blame themselves, or even think about quitting their jobs.

First, let's talk about "Is it better to be a full-time housewife or work?"
There are various opinions, and it's hard to say which is better, but for me it's definitely better to have a job.
Getting ready in the morning (for myself and my child x2) and after returning home until my child goes to bed are like a battlefield . I am constantly telling my child to "eat quickly" and "clean up". Even after my child goes to bed, I check my work emails, clean up, prepare dinner for the next day, and the day passes in a hurry.
Work is also difficult as you have to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time.
The trick to juggling work and housework is to think, "It's OK if I can do 80% of it."
