How to update your PHP version in SiteGround

If you're using SiteGround , here's how to update the PHP version of your WordPress site.

First, you need to log in to your SiteGround account dashboard.

Next, go to the “My Sites & Services” section and click the “Manage” button inside Websites.

When selected, the “PHP Manager” menu is located in the “Devs” section of the left column.

From there, you can scroll down to the PHP Version tab and click the pencil button next to your PHP version.

A pop-up window appears. You must first select "Manually change PHP version" in the "Set PHP version" option.

Then you will be able to select your PHP version from a drop-down menu.

Remember to click the “Confirm” button to apply your changes.
