If you're using SiteGround , here's how to update the PHP version of your WordPress site.
First, you need to log in to your SiteGround account dashboard.
Next, go to the “My Sites & Services” section and click the “Manage” button inside Websites.

A pop-up window appears. You must first select "Manually change PHP version" in the "Set PHP version" option.

The first thing you need to do is log in to your HostGator hosting account dashboard and click on the 'Websites' section.
Then click on the “Settings” button of the site whose PHP version you want to update.

In this section you can manage the Advanced Settings of your site.
