Google My Business has a Statistics and KPI section that displays a variety of data on how users use different search methods.

You can find out how many customers found your business advertising database through Google Search or Google Maps. You can also see the number of views a specific listing received through various services:



View in search. A customer found your business through Google Search. This appears as "Search Views" in bulk reports.
Map views. A customer found your business through Google Maps. This appears as “Map Views” in bulk reports.
Total views. Total views from both Google Search and Google Maps.


If you want to see details about how many customers found your business in a given day through a specific tool, select the date. Then, to the right of the graph, click the checkboxes to enable or disable filters.

How do they find you?
To see how many customers found your business and how they did so, click the graph to see the percentage of those who found your business through these methods.
