Identify influencers who have already linked articles for the same keyword

Compared to the first two steps, finding influencers to promote your article is relatively easy.
Personally, I use SEOptimer and BuzzSumo to find websites that have linked to my competitor's article.
You can do this by simply finding the link of your target article and clicking on the "View Backlinks" option in BuzzSumo.

Or you can choose to use SEOptimer's Backlink Research Tool , search for the link of the target chinese overseas america database article and click on "BACKLINKS."

Your chosen tool will then list all unique domain names linking to your competitor's article. Below are the results I received from BuzzSumo.
