Ana Pamela always knew that the social media boom would bring a radical change to the way marketing was done. Her initial learning came through trial and error. She's currently waiting to begin an internship at the large French company Suez.

Why did you study Digital Marketing during your university years?
During college, I studied marketing and design, but digital marketing and the social media boom weren't even around yet. At first, smartphones didn't even exist, but it was clear something big was coming in the digital space. At that time, websites were just beginning mexico mobile database to be used as a point of sale, and the only thing I learned during my university studies about digital marketing was how to structure a website so it could function as a good sales platform.

You then decided to pursue our Master's in Digital Marketing Management. What made you want to continue your education?
I had the opportunity to work in advertising agencies, and little by little, we had to confront and adapt to new technologies, trends, markets, platforms, new ways of communicating, and new channels and formats for advertising. With all these changes, I also realized that the way we offer, convince, and maintain customer loyalty had changed. That's why I wanted to learn about this new area of digital marketing. Some people learn it along the way, but I decided to study it and give it my all.

Why did you choose IM Digital Business School?
I researched many universities in different countries. I liked the IM curriculum and courses the most. It's the most comprehensive, with a schedule that allows students to work or do internships while studying, and a flexible teaching methodology that allows each student to decide the order and timing of their courses.

It seemed like the right Master's degree, designed for people looking to continue their professional training.

How would you describe your experience at IM Digital Business School?
I've been on the Master's program for almost six months, and so far I'm very satisfied with the classes, their content, and especially with the professors. I've always thought that the professor has a lot of influence on whether a subject is enjoyable or boring, and all the professors are extremely active and knowledgeable about their topics.

How would you rate the quality of our academic team?
The entire IM team is very friendly; they are always attentive to the students and willing to help and support us with whatever we need. The instructors are highly experienced and knowledgeable about their topics. They are up-to-date with technology, market trends, work tools, and programs. They know how to guide us, and communication between students and instructors on the various IM platform portals is excellent.

There are people who learn it along the way, but I decided to study it and give it my best.
