So why is it so important to create an effective to-do list, and why should it be a priority? The simple answer is that it's essential to write task lists or to-do lists every day because it boosts productivity.

Indeed, if we don't adopt a good strategy for managing our work from the start , we often end up having to react only to the tasks that others entrust to us. However, this can quickly create a feeling of overwhelm and exhaustion. Indeed, it is no longer you who controls your schedule but others who impose theirs on you in addition to the tasks that you must accomplish daily.

Creating an effective to-do list can prevent this. If you set your priorities in advance, you can tackle today's tasks first and then move on to other upcoming tasks.

Here are some additional benefits of a good to-do list:

1. Organize your work
Unfortunately, our working memory, or short-term memory, is extremely rcs data saudi arabia limited. As early as 1956, cognitive psychologist George A. Miller found that the average person could only remember 7 items (give or take two) at a time.

So, trying to remember all the tasks that need to be done daily and all the details inherent to each of them is simply not feasible. This only increases the risk of forgetting or the possibility of mixing up details.

Indeed, the most important reason to create a to-do list is that it helps you organize yourself and keep an indelible record of things to do.

So, rather than wondering what needs to be done today, simply take a look at your current to-do list and organize yourself accordingly.
