We filmed an interesting interview about advanced BIM technologies and the design of the new BMW polygon in Sokolov.

In the BIM system, all stakeholders work together and share the necessary information and data about the building being prepared, from the initial architectural concept, through the design, construction implementation process, to building management and its revitalization or demolition. Offering 360-degree panorama visualization or virtual reality is becoming common practice in the development of a construction project in the DELTA design office. They actively apply kazakhstan telemarketing innovations and the latest trends in the construction industry, which is why projects in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) standard are a logical step in development.

Designing in BIM
They process the construction project according to the investor's requirements in the basic BIM 3D model, or using the time and cost aspects of 4D and 5D construction. The implemented DELTA BIM projects represent buildings from the field of administrative and industrial buildings, buildings from the field of education, healthcare or shopping and entertainment. In the studio of the professional portal ARCHIZOOM, Erik Štefanovič discussed with Radek Váňa in recent days the importance and contribution of Building Information Modeling to international projects.

Thanks to the experience of DELTA Group, which is the general designer of the building structures of the upcoming mobility development center for the BMW Group in Sokolov, Radek Váňa invited DELTA to his studio to briefly outline the differences in design at the BIM 3D and BIM 5D levels, and explain the benefits of BIM for communication and coordination of an international project team that has approximately 80 members and works in 84 BIM models.

In the focus, Erik Štefanovič also mentions the importance of BIM from the perspective of digitalization and easy access to current data and information for a team of designers who are hundreds of kilometers apart, developing the project in four European countries and coordinating not only the project preparation of the development center and polygon, but now also the implementation itself since February 2019. At the end of this focus, Erik Štefanovič also lightly touches on the topic of project culture, oriented towards team cooperation and the search for solutions, which in DELTA's practice proves to be a significant factor in achieving the set goal and the success of construction projects in general, not just international ones.
