Social media is dramatically changing the world of advertising, and if you are about to start a new business or launch your brand, it is essential that you ask yourself what is the best sales strategy for your company?, since the traditional method of flooding the media space in the hope that some potential client will take the bait is over.

In this sense, our study indicates that social networks are crucial for companies to advertise, provide customer service, research and sell products. And when it comes to advertising, cold calls, email, traditional advertising in the press, radio or television, or physical visits offering products or services, are not as powerful for small business owners as the immediacy, proximity and reliability that social networks offer when it comes to advertising.

On the other hand, the results of our study not only conclude that social networks are drastically changing the established order , but are also eliminating the traditional form of sales and advertising. Only 21 percent said they still use traditional advertisements such as newspapers, magazines or billboards to make themselves known.
