The reasons most often given for not using cloud services are the amortization of existing infrastructure (given by 40% of respondents) and security (given by 35%).

Of the services used in Spain, 45% are SaaS, another 45% are IaaS belize phone number library 10% are PaaS. Specifically, the most used services are processing capacity, followed by email, office automation and web servers, followed by data analysis and storage.

60% of companies want to use cloud services (400% growth) and the country as a whole wants to invest 1.6 billion euros a year (600% growth). Although we are still far from the investment of a country like the USA, it is not realistic to expect to reach them in the medium term. The SaaS market in Spain is growing very quickly.

Furthermore, Spain is, together with Ireland, the country in the European Union where the largest number of companies want to adopt multicloud strategies: up to 85% of companies want to diversify their online services.

The services that will grow the most are security, marketing information, information technology service management and digital asset management.

The most popular reasons for using cloud services are flexibility (81%), organizational transformation and change (61%), and time to market (59%).

The main sectors that will use cloud services the most are banking, energy and logistics.

PaaS is also expected to reach 25%, growing by removing a percentage of IaaS (which will remain at 40%) and SaaS (which will drop to 35%).
