The internship contract is a type of employment contract that allows the employee to obtain the professional practice and experience appropriate to his or her training .
This contract is regulated by article 11.2 of the clinics email list Workers' Statute and was replaced by the 2022 labour reform by the training contract for obtaining professional practice . However, internship contracts in force until 30 March 2022 will remain in force until their end, so the two types of contracts will coexist for a time.

As we have previously mentioned, the internship contract is currently called a training contract for obtaining professional practice . In order to enter into it, the following requirements must be met:
Qualification
The worker must have:
a college degree,
vocational training qualification of intermediate or higher level,
title recognized as equivalent to the above
or a professional certificate that enables the practice of the profession.
To prove his/her training, the employee must provide the company with a copy of his/her qualification.
