Legislation aimed at comfortable and safe life of people in an apartment building
Compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements in the apartment is the responsibility of residents. This is enshrined in Russian legislation:
Clause 4 of Article 30 of the RF Housing Code - the article states that owners of residential premises are required to look after their homes, maintain order and not disturb the peace of their neighbors;
Clause 4 of Article 17 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation also states that residents must respect the interests of their neighbors, as well as comply with fire safety measures, sanitary and hygienic and environmenta.
