Kamales Lardi is originally from Malaysia and has been living and working in Switzerland since 2005. “Companies have – out of necessity – come up with new ideas about technology in the work environment during the pandemic. We also spend a lot on it. However, solutions have been implemented that are not always sustainable, I expect they will find out after Covid. My advice: keep looking at how that technology can improve work processes, such as reducing manual work.”

But how do you keep your finger on the pulse of the return on investment (ROI)? Kamales: “Look at your goals (what do you solve for your customer?) and make them smaller. I divide them into: customer experience, product and service digitalization, operational excellence and new business. Zoom in and ensure the right data. Provide a dashboard so that you can continue to make informed decisions.
