For entering textual and numerical information

To add buttons and forms to your interactive PDF, you need to select the panel that says 'Buttons and Forms'. Fields are interactive elements where the user can type text or make a selection. There are 9 basic types of fields:
Text Field: .
Checkbox: To select a single variable.
Radio Buttons: To choose from iran phone number library a set of options.
List Box: To choose from a list of options.
Drop-down List: To select from a drop-down list of options.
Push Button: To perform actions such as submitting or printing the form.
Signature: To digitally sign documents.
Barcode: To display textual information using various barcode symbologies.
Image: To view an image.
Buttons
To add a button to your InDesign document, first select the graphic you want to turn into a button.
With the 'Buttons and Forms' menu already open, click the drop-down menu and select 'Button.' This will turn the selected graphic into a button.
The action you choose must occur to activate the button. I like to keep this at the default setting of 'Release or Tap' but the choice is up to you.
In order for the button to do anything, you need to add an action. Do this by clicking the plus sign in the buttons panel and selecting what you want your button to do.
Once your button has an action, you can now leave the button as is or add a rollover view and a click view.
With your new button selected, click 'Rollover'. While 'Rollover' is selected, change the appearance of your actual graphic by editing it on your InDesign page.
Turn these options on or off by clicking on the eyes next to them.
Checkbox
It's easy to add an interactive checkbox to your InDesign document.
Select the box you want to convert to a checkbox.
Open the 'Buttons and Forms' panel.
Text Field: .
