Requirements :

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT roles, with a proven track record of systems management and help desk support.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems, networks (LAN/WAN), Internet protocols, databases, and virtualization tools.
Certifications: Certifications in relevant areas such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar, are a plus.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
