At the same time, the Voice Robot talks to the client using dialogue scripts. Our customer wrote down typical questions from visitors and optimal answers to them, and we programmed the robot to conduct a dialogue using these answers.

As a result, the robot:

automatically calls all guests on the eve of an important date zalo database for them;
if necessary, immediately reserves a table for them;
answers questions about holiday and seasonal menus;
advises on stocks;
tells you whether you can bring dessert and alcohol with you;
explains how to get to the restaurant;
and reports the working hours
and answers many other questions.

Results

The voice robot called at least 3,000 guests and invited each of them to visit our customer's restaurant. This could not but affect sales. According to its data, the number of bookings increased by 113%. At the same time, almost all of them were bookings for an event, so they brought the establishment maximum profit.
