What was the initial impetus for the creation of the conference?

Almost a year and a half ago, I founded the Facebook group Ženy v Byznysu. The group serves to exchange experiences between women who are doing business or building their own careers. Now this group has over 800 members, who also meet in real life. Every now and then we have a meeting with a practical workshop. It is incredible how much interesting information and practical advice and support is passed on among the community.
