It adds together the revenue you have already won and the revenue you expect to close in the current period. This expected revenue is calculated by multiplying the values of the opportunities you expect to close in this period by the probabilities that you will win them.

While revenue forecasting is included in the Pro/Professional plan of most small business CRM software , it is offered as an integrated report (in the "Revenue" dashboard) in Salesflare 's cheapest Growth plan , making it easy for everyone to take advantage of.

Expected revenue from open opportunities per month (custom)

Want to know when you're supposed to cambodia cell phone number list close all those receipts? Just view the expected receipts based on their expected closing date.

To build this in Salesflare, make a report on "Opportunities", apply the dashboard filter to "Close Date", choose a "Column Chart" to represent it, visualize by "Opportunity Close Date" (x-axis), and measure by the "Sum" of "Expected Opportunity Value" (y-axis).

To only include expected revenue from open opportunities, also filter opportunities by stage. Exclude won, lost, and any other stages you created behind them.

Expected recipes by step (custom)

If you're wondering where revenue potential is hiding in your pipeline, this report is what you're looking for.

To build this in Salesflare, you can replicate the report above and make one modification: measure by "opportunity stage".

To build it from scratch: report on "opportunities", apply the dashboard filter to "close date", choose a "column chart" to represent it, visualize by "opportunity stage" (x-axis), and measure by "sum" of "expected opportunity value" (y-axis). Then filter (on the right) to include only the first stages.
