How to install WhatsApp Business today?
Now that you know what WhatsApp Business is and you know its advantages in detail, you are probably thinking about how to integrate it into your business. This is very simple, since you will only have to follow these steps:
Download the app
The first step you will need to take is to download the WhatsApp Business app . Contrary to popular belief, it is not the same as WhatsApp, it is completely different.
It can be downloaded completely free of charge, both for Android devices (through Google Play ) and for IOS devices (in the Apple Store ).
In case you were wondering, users will not have to download the WhatsApp Business app to contact the company, but will be able to do so using the regular WhatsApp version.
Creating a company profile
Once the application has been installed in the conventional way, the next step will be to run WhatsApp Business to begin the process of creating the business profile :
1) Start by entering the phone number that will be associated with the account. It would be very interesting if it was the business's private number and not one for personal use.
2) A list of categories will appear so you can choose the one that best suits your business.
Some of the most common categories are beauty, clothing and accessories, hotels, cosmetics and personal care. If you can't find the category that suits your business, use the search engine at the top.
3) Now you will need to add the rest of your profile information: name, address, contact information and a brief description of your business. It would also be interesting to add a profile image , such as your company logo.
By this point, you should have completed your company profile.
Get to know the tools
Once you have created your WhatsApp Business profile, it is time to start researching the available tools (i.e., those we have already listed in the corresponding section).

If you are going to sell through WhatsApp Business , it may be interesting to add your catalog . This can be done through the business tools tab -> Catalog .
You will simply have to click on add item to enter its name, add the images you need, write a price and specify some additional features.
Although it is true that this catalogue does not offer limitations, if you sell many products you will need a lot of time. However, all this work will be worth it, since online catalogues are highly valued by users.
Activate WhatsApp Business on PC (Optional)
