It all started with my role as a Pre-intern. This stage was my first contact with the entrepreneurial world. Here, I learned the importance of observation and active listening. Then, I became an intern. This phase was crucial for my development. I started to get more involved in projects and understand the team dynamics. I learned to manage my time and prioritize tasks. In addition, I began to develop technical skills that would be essential in the following stages. It was a period of great learning and personal growth.

Taking Responsibilities: Operator in Residence Jr and Semi-Senior
The next step in my journey was to become an Operator in Residence Jr. Here, I started taking on more responsibilities and getting involved in more complex projects. I learned how to work under pressure and make quick decisions. This stage taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability in the entrepreneurial world.

By becoming a Senior Operator in Residence, I took on a more significant leadership role. This stage taught me the importance of vision and strategy in the entrepreneurial world.
