The beginning of the journey: Pre-intern and Intern

It all started with my role as a Pre-intern. This stage was my first contact with the entrepreneurial world. Here, I learned the importance of observation and active listening. It was not just about executing tasks, but about understanding the context and culture of SquadS Ventures. It was a period of adaptation where every day was an opportunity to learn something new.

Then, I became an intern. This phase was crucial for my development. I started to get more involved in projects and understand the team dynamics. I learned to manage my time and prioritize tasks. In addition, I began to develop technical skills that would be essential in the following stages. It was a period of great learning and personal growth.

Taking Responsibilities: Operator in Residence Jr and Semi-Senior
The next step in my journey was to become an Operator in Residence Jr. Here, I started taking on more responsibilities and getting involved in more complex projects. I learned how to work under pressure and make quick decisions. This stage taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability in the entrepreneurial world.

I then moved up to Operator in Residence Semi-Senior. During this phase, pharmacies email list I had more autonomy and faced bigger challenges. I learned how to lead teams and manage projects efficiently. It was a period of great growth where every challenge was an opportunity to learn and improve. Decision making: Evaluating options and choosing the best one.

These skills were fundamental to my development and prepared me for the following challenges on my entrepreneurial path.

Leadership and Vision: Senior Operator in Residence and Entrepreneur in Residence
By becoming a Senior Operator in Residence, I took on a more significant leadership role. Here, it was not just about managing projects, but about making strategic decisions that would impact the future of SquadS Ventures. I learned to see the bigger picture and think long-term. This stage taught me the importance of vision and strategy in the entrepreneurial world.
