Who are the corporate creators ? And why do you need one too?
A few months ago I was talking to Elio to find new ideas to try on Instagram Marketers.
In recent years, more and more brands have relied on charismatic characters to make space for themselves. And putting your face on it is one of the best strategies to emerge online.
But how do you do it when you are a company that works fully remotely as Marketers? It was not at all easy to think of a way to show from the outside everything that happens inside.

This neologism of Elione actually indicates a figure that has become very widespread in 2022: the explosion of TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts has pushed many brands to transform their collaborators into real creators.
And I am sure that in 2023 this trend will continue. The reasons? Having corporate creators can give an incredible boost to the online growth of large companies, magazines and newspapers, marketing agencies and yes, even local businesses:
It makes you instantly more recognizable. In a sea of identical posts, people's faces are an incredible distinguishing feature. And this also has benefits on the most important metrics on social networks.
Increase empathy between the audience and your brand. We don't get attached to beautiful graphics, we get attached to people. This is always true, no matter if you have a restaurant, a shoe company or a fashion boutique.

I have been working on this project every day for over three months, and a few weeks ago we started publishing content from our corporate creators.
This is a little checklist to follow to find potential creators in your business too:
Identify those who already have an online presence. Are there already people who work with you and make videos? Well, you can start with them to test.
