Microsoft Copilot Studio: A low-code tool that lets you customize Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. With Copilot Studio, you can integrate your own data and workflows to create custom Copilots for your organization or your clients. The tool is built on connectors, add-ons, and GPTs, giving you the flexibility to direct Copilot to the most appropriate data sources for each query.
Microsoft Copilot for Service: The new intelligent assistant that offers you personalized support based on your role and helps you improve customer service with generative AI. Copilot for Service integrates with Copilot for Microsoft 365 and allows you to optimize your contact centers with AI. They can ask questions in natural language and obtain relevant information from knowledge bases and other data sources, allowing them to solve problems quickly and intelligently.

Copilot for everyone: Microsoft wants Copilot to be easy to use and accessible to everyone, which is why Bing was created. Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise will now be called simply Copilot. With these changes, if you sign in with a Microsoft Sign In ID, Copilot users on Bing, Edge, and Windows will have the benefit of business data protection. Additionally, Microsoft will expand business data protection to more Sign In ID users at no additional cost. Copilot will move out of preview and become generally available on December 1.
