Understanding how much time each process takes helps us with this. Re-sounding several episodes can take a week, creating effects and noises from 1-2 weeks. Task deadlines are entered in Worksection.

Gantt chart
This is the second most important tool we use to visualize our progress. The chart shows the time frame of each task, the priority, the person responsible. Everything is in sight.



Another important thing is that you can set dependencies between tasks on the diagram. When you have a process cycle that a whole team is working on, you can set a sequence of tasks. So, after completing task A "Recording dubbing", task B "Mixing voiceover" will automatically open .




Priorities
