Control tagging in photos

Post by sakib60 »

Instagram profiles have a small photo display menu just above the photo gallery. It includes a square icon with a person symbol: this allows you to see which images the user has been tagged in (even if they haven't posted them). If you want to control which photos appear in this section, click the "Photos you appear in" icon on your profile and then the three dots on the right. It will give you two options:

Hide photos. You can select which photos you've been tagged in would be removed from your profile.
Tagging options. You can choose whether you want the photos you're tagged in to be automatically referenced in this section of your profile, or if you prefer to add them manually. This way, they'll only appear on your profile once you approve them.
You can also remove yourself from a photo you've b2b email list been tagged in : go to the photo, tap your name, and under "More options," click "Remove me from this photo."

Instagram offers 40 editing filters… but you might not want to use them all, or have them all enabled in the app. To decide which ones you want to display, go to the last one in the “Filters” section and then tap “Manage”: you can select which ones you want to hide (at least until you change your mind).
