What is the customer journey?

The customer journey is divided into five phases and describes the "path" of a customer from the first contact with a product to the completion of a purchase or recommendation of the product. Each phase, from awareness, through guatemala phone number data consideration and decision, to service and loyalty, plays a crucial role in the entire process of customer interaction. While the awareness phase leads the customer to become aware of a problem and search for solutions, the subsequent phases are designed to guide the customer through the decision-making process and create a long-term relationship. Each phase has its own challenges and opportunities that must be mastered to ensure a successful customer journey.
